All kinds of names come to mind
This is the headquarters for the equivalent of our Water Departments. Very interesting design and odd addition to a very classy neighborhood. I'm an architecture buff so I personally like it but I could see how others would find it a monstrosity. The apartments and architecture in this area are lined with beautiful balconies and this building almost doesn't fit it.
