Architect Anton Gaud began his work on the breathtaking La Sagrada Familia in 1883 and described its design as his tribute to nature. Despite finishing it's main towers in 2026, more than a century later the Catholic cathedral's construction is still underway - now focused on what will become the main entrance. This hasn't stopped tourists from all over the globe from flocking to this cathedral, making this one of Spain's most visited attractions.

Top visit while in Barcelona
I agree, get there early, long lines and lots of people. This place is a must see, its a work of art, the stain glass windows are spectacular from inside. The place is massive in scale.
